All consignments and ready to wear items have a five (5) day return policy, beginning on the day tracking shows “delivered”.
All items are to be unworn and in the same condition as received. Once quality has been confirmed, money will be refunded to the customer.
When shipping the item back it must be insured, well packaged and tracking provided. All shipping and payment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer has not contacted UTSA within those 5 days about returning the item, the customer will assume full responsibility of the item.
**Custom Saddle Pads**
Saddle pads that are custom made are not able to be returned, as there is a process to make sure you get what you want. If you receive your pad and are not in love with it, you are able to exchange the pad for either an in stock pad or another custom. Please keep in mind phones and computers change colors, so if you are unable to get the outfit that needs to be matched to me in person there is a chance the colors will not be perfect, I am a reasonable person though which is why I do allow exchanges for custom pads.
Due to body styles, different materials and shirt styles, a garment may not fit as expected. Alterations are available to premade garments at the expense of the customer.
In the event that measurements given to UTSA by the customer, for a custom order, do not match those of the garment, within reason of up to 1 inch, UTSA assumes responsibility of shipping cost and alterations for up to 30 days.
If a custom garment matches the measurements provided to UTSA, but needs to be altered, the customer assumes responsibility of the cost of shipping and alterations.
After 30 days of the customer receiving the custom finished garment, the customer is responsible for all shipping and alterations cost.
All consignment items are used, any and all damage (tears, stains, etc.) must be disclosed prior to the item being accepted. Minor damage will be repaired by UTSA at the cost of the consignor.
Consignment fees:
Items below $1,500- 15%
Items $1,501-$2,500 - 20%
Items $2,501 and above will be a flat rate of $650
Reduced rates for items made by UTSA at 10%,15% and $550.
If you are consigning a UTSA outfit and purchasing a new UTSA there will be a flat rate of $150.
All items shipped to or from UTSA must be insured, well packaged and have tracking provided. We suggest using USPS, but you may use others as long as the requirements are met. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer or consignor.
